• Your privacy is the most important thing to us. The packaging we use for sex dolls is completely discreet — it will show up in a plain brown box with no labels, logo, or markings.

Depending on whether the doll has been made, we have two kinds of sex dolls for our customers to choose from. One is ready-to-ship in-stock sex dolls, the other one is made-to-order custom sex dolls.

We pre-made these sex dolls in our factory and ship them to our global warehouse in these countries/areas: US, AU, CA, EU, and UK. So local customers no need to wait for produce and a long time shipping. They could get them in around 2-7 business days depending on your location.

You could find all our ready-to-ship sex doll collections here or on our top menu, these product titles are ended with country stock, like US stock, CA Stock, EU stock, etc.

• For US customers – These dolls are pre-made and stored in our LA warehouse and ready to ship, they will arrive in 2-7 business days after your order is placed. At the same time, for premium/luxury version US stock dolls, we offer pick-up service to US customers, note a driver’s license is needed for an identity check.
• For AU CA EU UK RU customers – These dolls are pre-made and stored in our Australia/Canada/Germany/Spain/United Kingdom/Russia warehouse and ready to ship, they will arrive in 2-7 business days after your order is placed depending on our location. No extra fee like Custom duty, VAT, or tax fee, as we have already covered them before 🙂

Custom Sex Dolls | Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

• Custom Dolls Production Time: This is the time it takes for us to produce your custom-made sex dolls: 2-7 business days. Once we finished the doll, we will send over the photo of the finished doll for you to modify. After that, we will ship it out 🙂
  • Note: For the order placed on Chinese Holiday, the production time and shipping time will be longer than usual: Chinese New Year (2 weeks longer, from Jan 15 – 30), International Labor Day (5 days longer, from May 1-5), Chinese National Day (7 days longer, from October 1-7)
• Custom Dolls Shipping Time
  • Standard Shipping
    Only available for US/EU customers: Ship from our factory directly after the doll is finished, shipped by Ocean Container Ship (US), SINO-EU Freight Train (EU), or SINO-EU Freight Truck (EU), which is cost-effective. This is one factor why we are cheaper than other $1000+ retailers.
    
    to US:
    Free Shipping. First, it will be transported by Ocean Container Ship from our factory in Hong Kong to our courier partner warehouse in Los Angeles, after your package is released by US Customs, we will arrange for local shipping. It will be picked up by FedEx and sent to your address. Recently it takes 4-6 weeks around to deliver.
    
    to EU:
    Shipping Fee is $100-$150 including VAT, depending on the weight of the doll you choose. It will take 5-7 weeks around to deliver after your doll was finished. No extra fee like VAT or Customs Duty. Please note that standard shipping is not available for Switzerland, Norway, and Romania, local customers could choose expedited shipping only.Notice – The EU tracking status will not be updated until the SINO-EU freight train/truck arrives at your local courier station. Therefore, if your tracking status is not been updated in 4 weeks, no worry, it’s fine.

    to UK:

  • Shipping Fee is $120-$150 including VAT, depending on the weight of the doll you choose. It will take 3-5 weeks around to deliver after your doll was finished. No extra fee like VAT or Customs Duty.
    
    to Other Countries:
    Standard Shipping is Not Available currently. You need to choose expedited shipping.
  • Expedited Shipping
    Available in most countries, take 3 – 7 business days mostly, and cost $350 to $500 for each doll depending on the weight. Shipped by UPS/FedEx/DHL. For US/Canada, you will get your doll without extra expense. For Australia and New Zealand, you will need to pay import duty, and duty rates depending on your local policy. You could contact our online agent to save your duty after placing your order.

    For countries in Europe as well as the UK, you will need to pay the import duty & VAT, duty rates depending on your local policy. You could contact our online agent to save money after placing your order.

    For the rest countries, it depends on your local policy, you could contact our agents to get more info.

• Note
  • Sometimes, the tracking status in 17track will show as expired, just because the delivery time exceeds 60 days. Other than that, there is no other meaning. So don’t worry about your payment and products, they will arrive at your address later.
  • Once your doll is finished, you will receive a real photo of your customized doll. It will be shipped out 24 hours later if all is fine and you will receive a second confirmation email that includes the tracking number.
  • On the rare occasion, an unavoidable delay may occur during the production of your doll, of which we will notify you via email.
  • For the order placed on the Chinese New Year Holiday (2 weeks, Jan 15 – 30), International Labor Day (5 days, May 1-5), Chinese National Day (7 days, October 1-7), the production time and shipping time will be longer than usual.
  • For expedited shipping orders, certain countries may charge import duty. If customs clearance cannot be completed due to any reason except force majeure after we shipped out the package via expedited shipping, the shipping company will detain the package and destroy it. Thus, you will not be eligible for a refund in this case.
